Stocktaking without a separate tool
Stocktaking is done in the app, not on paper or in a spreadsheet. Counted quantities go straight into the balances, so the numbers are right the moment you finish — no transfer step in between.

Questions about inventory management
Do I need a separate program for inventory?
No. Inventory management is included in the VÖRK price and is not bought separately. It is in the same app as quotes, projects and time tracking.
Can I store EAN codes on items?
Yes. An EAN code is stored on the item so the product can be found by its code. Codes are entered manually at the moment.
How is stocktaking done?
Stocktaking is done directly in the app. Counted quantities update the balances, so no separate data transfer is needed.
